Just wondering if I could look for players and invite/ask them to apply
because Ive been seeing some really good people.

Just want the authority to do that.

um just to help with this like K9 you can make smitty an RO Recuriting Officer and tht gives him authority to go and ask members to join

Smitty you can recruit but no-one can accept by them selves. It is a clan choice. At the moment all clan members have the power to suggest/recruit people. Just don't tell them they WILL be in. Just say Most Likely.
