he is pretty good player,
not sure about his teamwork tho,
but he can work on that

nah, his teamwork is good. I taught him on that part in k9. He was under my wing and like all those under my wing in k9, all those who joined were required to work on team work. Not saying teamwork is perfect, but he has some atleast.
